Our curriculum extends beyond the National Curriculum and includes a wide range of enriching experiences and opportunities both within and beyond the school day. This includes an extensive programme of before and after-school clubs, that support our core curriculum offer, as well as those which develop specialist skills, such as Chess and French.  

We complement our classroom learning with a variety of educational visits. When learning is experienced as well as taught, pupils are more likely to retain information. Being immersed in a topic and involved in visual and practical experiences helps children remember, learn and understand at a deeper level.

Our educational visits offer pupils a unique cultural learning experience. They are immersed in new environments, key to encouraging curiosity about a given subject, broadening our pupils' understanding of the world and their place in it.
