Preparing for bubbles in school

Staff at Stanburn have been busy preparing to welcome back to school pupils in 'bubbles'. A 'bubble' has a limited number of children in it, and when inside, the classrooms are set out quite differently. There are zones for outside play, one way systems inside, and lunch is delivered to the classroom door! Bubbles do not mix; they learn, work and play together within their bubble. Start, break and finish times are all staggered to minimise contacts. Parents drop off and pick up outside of the school building - if you want to speak with the class teacher telephone the office, who will pass on your request for a return call. There are signs inside and out, and stripes and spots on the ground to help with social distancing. Additional cleaning materials, kept out of reach of children of course, are stored safely in classrooms for ease of use. There are additional outside sinks and hand santisers around the school. Please see the pictures for a glimpse of school this term.
