The school houses an additionally resourced mainstream school (ARMS) provision: Sunbeams. Pupils in Sunbeams receive specialist support in a dedicated unit alongside their mainstream provision. The provision caters for children with moderate learning needs.

We believe that every child will achieve success learning the skills and knowledge to lead full and independent lives.

Values

Children accessing Sunbeams share the same values of respect, optimism and kindness. We are optimistic that every Sunbeams pupil will be fully prepared for the next stage in their educational journey, equipping them with the life skills they will need for a successful future.  Our children are explicitly taught the value of kindness through their interactions with each other and with the wider school community. Our inclusive approach embodies respect for all and our staff model compassion and understanding.
