At Stanburn, we work collaboratively to determine what our key priorities are for the coming academic year.  The School Development Plan is not a fixed document. Rather, it is one that is flexible and adapts based on the needs of the school.  The SDP is reviewed by senior leaders on a regular basis to ensure progress is being made.

We are committed to providing the very best quality education for our pupils. Underpinning this is a commitment to continuous improvement through a cycle or target setting and review which is set out in our School Development Plan. This identifies our priorities for the year and drives our self-review and appraisal process.
